Fill in your Settings
The AI needs to know about your business to represent you properly
You do this
Go to Settings → fill in:
Business name, your offer, tone of voice, who your ideal client is, what problems you solve, qualification criteria, average deal value. The more detail you add, the better the AI performs.

Add your booking link
The AI sends this to qualified leads to book a call with you
You do this
Settings → Booking → paste your booking link (e.g. your SalesJet booking page or any scheduling link)

Connect your Stripe account
So the AI can send payment links directly to leads
You do this
Settings → Stripe Payments → click Connect Stripe
You'll be redirected to Stripe to authorise — takes 30 seconds. Money goes directly into your Stripe account.

Grant Facebook Page access
Required for Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger AI replies
If using Instagram/Facebook
1. Go to your Facebook Page → Settings → Page Roles
2. Add admin@elevynsystems.com as an Admin
3. Let your SalesJet team know — they will connect it to the system within 24 hours

Connect Your Channels
Your SalesJet team will handle the technical setup — these are the instructions to pass to them.
WhatsApp + SMS
Pass your Twilio credentials to your SalesJet setup team and ask them to run "Twilio Setup" in the admin panel. Your webhook URL will be:
Instagram DM (via Manychat)
Create a free account at manychat.com and connect your Instagram page
In Manychat, go to Flows → New Flow
Add a trigger: Instagram → Any message received
Add action: Send to External URL (POST)
Paste your webhook URL:
Add your subscriber ID as a URL pill: ?subscriberId={{subscriber id}}&channel=instagram
Publish the flow
Facebook Messenger (via Manychat)
Same as Instagram above, but select Facebook → Any message received as the trigger and set channel=facebook in the URL.
Email (cold email replies)
Email replies are handled via SendGrid Inbound Parse. Your SalesJet team will configure this using your domain's MX record. No action needed from you — just ensure your domain's DNS is accessible.
