Every enquiry answered. Every chair filled.

SalesJet picks up the DMs, texts, emails, web enquiries and missed calls your team can't — replies in seconds, books them straight into the diary, takes the booking fee, then chases the rebook.

Where the money goes

Your salon is fully booked.Your inbox isn't.

Nobody loses clients on purpose. They lose them in the ninety seconds it takes to answer, on the Tuesday nobody remembered to call, and in the gap a no-show left behind.

23:47, Thursday

The late-night DM

She's scrolling in bed, she's ready to book, and she messages three salons. The one that answers first gets the balayage. You reply at 9:40am.

Roughly 6 in 10 enquiries land outside opening hours.
08:15, Saturday

The no-show

Two hours held for a colour, no booking fee, no reminder, no answer. That chair earns nothing and the waiting list never got asked.

One empty colour slot a week ≈ £7,500 a year.

The client who drifted

She loved it. She meant to rebook. Then life happened, nobody followed up, and she's now sitting in someone else's chair on the high street.

A regular lost is £900+ of lifetime value gone.
How it works

Set up on Monday. Booked out by Saturday.

No data to re-key, no six-week onboarding. We plug into what you already use.

1

Point your channels at it

Instagram, WhatsApp, email, your website form, your salon phone. One place, every enquiry — even the calls you couldn't answer.

2

Teach it your price list

Services, timings, stylists, booking fee rules, patch-test policy. We import your clients, services and future bookings from whatever you use now, so nothing gets re-keyed.

Watch the diary fill

Every enquiry answered, booked and the booking fee taken. You approve anything unusual from your phone.

The system

One place for the whole salon.

Enquiries, diary, money and stock — connected, so the answer to "how did this week go?" takes four seconds, not four spreadsheets.

Front desk

It answers before you've picked up your phone.

Every DM, text, email and form lands in one feed — and when a call rings out, SalesJet catches it and captures the request too. SalesJet replies in your salon's voice, quotes the right price, offers real gaps in the diary and holds the slot with a booking fee.

  • Replies in seconds, 24/7 — including bank holidays
  • Knows your prices, timings and which stylist does what
  • Hands over to you the moment a client asks for a human

Diary

A diary that fills its own gaps.

Cancellation at 2pm? SalesJet offers the gap to your waiting list before the client has finished apologising. Every stylist sees their own column on their phone; booking fees, reminders and patch-test checks are handled without anyone at the desk.

  • Booking fees taken at the point of booking
  • Reminders that cut no-shows without nagging

Who it's for

Built for the chair. Ready for the rest.

We've tuned SalesJet around hair and beauty first, because that's where the missed-enquiry problem bites hardest. The engine underneath works for any business that books people in.

Colour bookings shouldn't need a phone call.

Balayage enquiries are long conversations: length, history, budget, how many hours it'll take. SalesJet asks the right questions, quotes properly and books the correct amount of time with the right stylist.

  • Patch-test rules enforced before a colour is confirmed
  • Booking fees on anything over two hours
  • 6-week rebook nudges that sound like your salon

hiya! how much for balayage, mine's mid-length & box dyed 🙈
SalesJet
Because it's been box dyed we'd book a consultation plus a 3-hour colour — £145 with a £30 booking fee. Saturday 09:00 or 14:30 with Amber?

The salon bits

The questions only a salon owner would think to ask.

Generic booking software treats a salon like a dentist. SalesJet was built around chairs, columns, colour timings and the way a British salon is actually staffed.

Employed and self-employed, side by side

Self-employed stylists sign in from anywhere and see only their column and their money. Employed staff use the salon computer on a PIN, during opening hours, on the days they're rota'd.

Chair rent and commission, worked out for you

Each stylist's takings over any period — cash, card, online, of which retail — split employed versus self-employed, so end of month is a download, not an argument.

A clean set of books for your accountant

Give your accountant their own login: income ledger, expenses, net profit, VAT view and per-stylist wages, with CSV downloads. They never see the diary; you never forward another spreadsheet.

Colour done properly

Patch tests tracked per client and enforced before a colour is confirmed. Long services take a booking fee at booking, consultations get booked first for box-dye and corrective work, and the right amount of time goes in the column.

Retail, stock and gift vouchers at the desk

Sell retail against the appointment, get told when 12 products are running low, and sell gift vouchers that email out with a QR code and redeem straight off the bill.

Texts that behave

Every automatic message is in your words, sent 8am–9pm UK time only, with STOP handled automatically. Reminders, booking fee links, patch-test nudges and 6-week rebooks — without your salon ever looking spammy.

Already on Fresha, Phorest, Timely, Booksy or Salon iQ?Keep it if you like — SalesJet can simply answer the enquiries. Or move across: we import clients, services, history and future bookings, usually in an afternoon.
How it compares
Questions

Fair things to ask.

No. It's set up with your salon's tone, your service names and your prices — not generic chatbot script. For the first couple of weeks you can review every reply before it sends, until you're happy to let it run.

No. SalesJet comes with its own diary, bookings, booking fees and cash-up built in, and we import your clients, services and future appointments so you're not re-keying anything. If you'd rather keep your current system for the diary and only hand SalesJet the enquiries, we'll talk through how that works on the demo call.

It says so and hands over. Anything it isn't sure about — an unusual request, a complaint, a question about a medical condition — is flagged to you with the full conversation attached, and the client gets a polite "let me check with the team". You reply from your phone and the AI picks back up afterwards.

Under a week, usually less. Once you've sent us your price list and connected your channels, most salons are answering enquiries within a day or two. We do the setup with you on a call — not by sending you a manual.

Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, SMS, email, your website enquiry form, missed calls to your salon number and your online booking link. Everything lands in the same feed, and every reply goes back out on the channel the client used.

Those are booking systems: they take the appointment once the client has decided. SalesJet does the bit before that — the DM at 11pm, the missed call, the "how much for balayage?" — and answers it, quotes it and books it, then chases the rebook afterwards. It includes its own diary, booking fees and cash-up, so most salons run it as the whole front desk. If you love the system you're on, keep it and let SalesJet handle the enquiries.

Yes, and it's one of the reasons we built it. Self-employed stylists get their own login and see only their column and their takings; employed staff use the salon computer on a PIN. Chair rent, commission and the employed/self-employed split come out of the same reports at the end of the month.

A flat monthly fee based on the size of your team and the channels you connect, with no long contract. We'll give you a straight figure on the demo call and show you what it works out to against one recovered booking a week.

Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, held with UK GDPR-compliant providers under data processing agreements, and access is limited to authorised staff. We never sell your data or your clients' data, and we never use your conversations to train third-party AI models. Lead conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity, and you can delete any client yourself at any time. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

At any point. Open the thread, tap "take over", and the AI steps back until you hand it back. The client never sees a switch — it's the same conversation, same number, same tone.

See it answer a real enquiry from your own inbox.

Half an hour, screen shared, no slides. We'll set it up against your actual price list and show you what it would have said to last night's messages.

Half an hour on a video call. We'll email a calendar invite — no sales deck, no obligation. By sending this you agree to our privacy policy.

Prefer to pick a time yourself? and the invite lands in your inbox straight away.
