How SalesJet (operated by Elevyn Systems) collects, uses and protects your information.

1. Who we are

SalesJet is operated by Elevyn Systems. We provide an AI receptionist service to clinics and similar businesses to help them respond to enquiries and book appointments. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", we mean Elevyn Systems.

When a member of the public messages your clinic through a channel SalesJet handles, we process on your behalf:

You are the data controller for these records, and SalesJet acts as your data processor. We process this data only to provide the service to you.

3. How we use it

We never sell your data or your leads' data. We never use the content of your conversations to train third-party AI models. Anthropic's API terms explicitly prohibit using API inputs and outputs for model training without consent.

We use trusted infrastructure partners to run the service. Each is GDPR/UK GDPR compliant and bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA):

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email admin@elevynsystems.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you message a clinic that uses SalesJet, you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP", "unsubscribe", or similar. We honour these requests automatically across every channel.

All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure providers. Access is limited to authorised staff and audited. We use industry standard measures, no system is ever 100% secure, but we treat your data and your leads' data with the seriousness it deserves.

8. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the UK and EU. Where data leaves the UK or EU, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards approved under UK GDPR.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll email account holders and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new policy.
