In plain English: SalesJet is an AI-powered sales assistant. When you message a business using SalesJet, your name, contact details and conversation are stored to power the AI responses. We automatically delete your data after 3 months of inactivity. You can request deletion or unsubscribe at any time by saying "stop messaging me" or emailing admin@elevynsystems.com. You can also exercise your full data rights here.

1. Who We Are

SalesJet is operated by Elevyn Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Data Controller: Elevyn Systems Ltd
Email: admin@elevynsystems.com
Website: salesjet.co.uk

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as required under UK data protection law. ICO registration number: [ADD YOUR ICO NUMBER HERE].

2. Controller and Processor Roles

SalesJet is a multi-client platform. Depending on your relationship with us, different rules apply:

A full Data Processing Agreement is available and is accepted by every client at account creation.

3. What Data We Collect

When you interact with a business using the SalesJet platform (via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS, email, or a web form), we may collect:

If you create a SalesJet client account, we also collect your name, business name, email address, and business profile information used to configure your AI assistant. The date, time, and version of consent are recorded at account creation.

We do not send unsolicited outbound marketing messages. All AI-powered messages are responses to conversations you initiate. Follow-up messages are only sent during an active enquiry window.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

A Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) has been conducted for processing activities based on legitimate interest and is available to controllers on request.

5. AI and Automated Processing

SalesJet uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses to messages automatically. This means your messages are processed without a human reading them in real time.

The AI assistant may make the following automated assessments based on your conversation:

These assessments do not constitute legally significant automated decisions under Article 22 UK GDPR — they are used to manage the conversation flow, not to refuse you a service or produce significant legal effects. A human (the business you contacted) retains full access to all conversations and can override any automated assessment at any time.

If you wish to speak with a human rather than receive AI responses, you can request this at any time in your conversation and we will flag your account for human review.

6. Call Recording

If you call a phone number powered by SalesJet, you will be informed at the start of the call that the call may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing the call after this notification, you consent to the recording.

Call recordings are transcribed automatically and stored as part of your conversation record. You can request deletion of your call recording at any time by contacting us at admin@elevynsystems.com or via our data request form.

7. Data Processors and International Transfers

10. How to Stop Receiving Messages

You can opt out of AI-powered messages at any time:

All opt-outs are recorded in a persistent suppression list. Your opt-out is retained even if your other data is deleted, so you cannot be accidentally re-added.

Note: general rudeness or swearing is not treated as an unsubscribe request — only explicit opt-out language triggers removal.

11. Consent and Data Processing Agreement at Sign-Up

When creating a SalesJet client account, you are required to:

The date, time, and privacy policy version of your consent are recorded at the time of account creation.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting admin@elevynsystems.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

12. Cookies and Local Storage

The SalesJet website uses minimal local storage:

A consent notice is displayed on first visit. By clicking "Got it" you acknowledge this use of local storage.

13. Data Security

We implement the following technical and organisational security measures:

We aim to respond to all privacy enquiries within 5 working days, and to all formal data requests within 30 days as required by law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain directly to the ICO.
